- Go on to Fonebank’s website, search and select you old mobile. When you have found it add it to the card.
- Click on the Check Out, and you will be asked to create an account.
- After this you will be given an order number, and instructions on postage. Do note that they do not send out bags or envelopes for you to send your phones in.
- Put your mobile phone into a jiffy bag, a box or a padded envelope with the order details inside.
- Post this to their Freepost address, or by Special Delivery if your phone is worth a few bob.
- If you have 10 mobiles or more, you will get a free courier to pick them up for you.
- Once they have your mobile phones, they will send you your payment the same day, in whichever payment method you select.
