Once you have selected this, you will see the price you will get for the phone, and if you like it you will need to click ‘add to basket’. You will then be asked to log in using your user name and password. If you are a new user, then simply enter in your details, and check them before you click ‘continue’.

Once you get to this stage, you will be asked to ‘Finish’ your sale. Make sure you check the information is correct before you click this. After checking your details, read their Terms & Conditions, before you complete the transaction. It is important to read them, because once you have agreed to them, you are bound by them. Once you have agreed to the T& C’s, click ‘Finish’. You will get a confirmation of your order on the screen. You will then receive a sales pack in the post. After they have received your mobile, they will test it to make sure it works, and send you an email to let you know.

After this the life of your phone continues. It is graded depending on its condition, and is then placed into holding, where it will wait until a new home is found for it. Once they have found a new home, the phone is cleaned and reconditioned before being packed and sent off to its new home, anywhere in the world.
