- If you can’t find your phone, or are unsure as to which phone you have, then you can always search for it using your mobiles IMEI code. To find the IMEI code of your mobile, simply type *#06# into your mobile, or you can just take out the battery and look under it for the code.
- Within 48 hours they will send you a free post padded envelope, with a unique tracking number. So when you return your mobile, you can track where it is.
- Once they have received your mobile, they will check to make sure it works, and within 3 days of this you should receive your gift card.
- Do note that they will not take responsibility for any items lost in the post.
